To create the Corps of Discovery Pass. This bill encourages the State Parks and Recreation Commission to develop the Corps of Discovery Pass to generate revenues to be used to reopen, operate, and maintain Central Ferry, Chief Timothy, Lyons Ferry, and Crow Butte State Parks. But the bill did not receive a hearing by the cutoff date so it is considered a “dead bill” (although technically the bill could become active at any time during the 2003-2004 session).
