Authorizes medical school graduates from the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany and South Africa, and to apply for specific medical licenses. This act authorizes the State Medical Quality Assurance Commission to adopt rules for other applicants from foreign nations and to develop alternative licensing methods.
