Modifies existing law pertaining to industrial insurance for certain licensed horse racing employments. This act repeals a section of law which classified hotwalkers as grooms. This act also grants certain authority to the Department of Labor and Industries and the Washington Horse Racing Commission to determine industrial insurance premiums.
