2013 Senate Bill 5362: Addressing the recommendations of the vocational rehabilitation subcommittee for workers' compensation

Extends the vocational rehabilitation pilot program by another three years to 2016. This act provides that, for vocational plans approved for a worker between January 1, 2008, through June 30, 2016, instead of 2013, total vocational costs allowed by the supervisor shall be limited to those provided under the vocational rehabilitation pilot program.
