Requires the Attorney General to establish and maintain a Medicaid Fraud Control Unit (MFCU) and specifies the authority and duties of the MFCU. ? Provides that the Department of Social and Health Services and law enforcement agencies may share reports of suspected abandonment, abuse, financial exploitation, or neglect of a vulnerable adult with the MFCU.
