Simplifies the process for developing dynamic fiscalimpact statements. Allows the statements to be updated during thelegislative session. Dynamic fiscal notes on social service programsare limited to bills with impacts exceeding 5 million dollars. Thetasks of the work group are simplified to focus on fiscal notepreparation.
