Increases the number of Opportunity Scholarship Board members
appointed by the Governor from a list provided by the President of
the Senate and the Speaker of the House from five to
six. The number of Opportunity Scholarship Board members appointed
by the Governor from business and industry representatives is
reduced from six to five.
