2013 Senate Bill 5910: Providing that a quarterly revenue forecast is due on February 20th during both a long and short legislative session year

Provides that the Supervisor of the Economic and Revenue Forecast Council must submit a quarterly revenue forecast to the governor and the legislature by February 20th of each year, instead of having biannually-alternating dates. (See also HB 2062).   Official Text and Analysis.
