Alters the distribution of funds from vehicle license fees. This act requires that all funds from initial and renewal vehicle fees be deposited in the state patrol highway account in the motor vehicle fund. As a consequence, this act eliminates a requirement that a portion of the funds be deposited in the Puget Sound ferry operations account.   Official Text and Analysis.
