2013 Senate Bill 5379: Concerning nighttime vision acuity testing for driver's license applicants

Provides that if the Department of Licensing requires a driver’s license applicant to have their night vision tested, the professional performing the testing must only verify that the applicant can see adequately to safely drive a vehicle at night.   Official Text and Analysis.
