2013 Senate Bill 5376: Concerning juvenile firearms and weapons crimes

Modifies current law concerning juvenile firearms and weapons crimes by creating new offenses for possession of same. This act also makes juveniles charged with the new offenses ineligible for deferred dispositions, requiring a minimum of 10 days confinement. (See also HB 1096).   Official Text and Analysis.
