2013 Senate Bill 5358: Concerning people with disabilities who receive no paid services from the department of social and health services' division of developmental disabilities

Requires the Department of Social and Health Services to expand efforts to provide information to individuals and families on the no paid services case load about the developmental disabilities system. This act directs the Department to hire the number of case managers necessary to conduct assessments to determine the level of needs of those who ask for services and those who may appear eligible for medicaid personal care.
