2013 Senate Bill 5356: Changing the unemployment insurance shared work program by adopting short-time compensation provisions in the federal middle class tax relief and job creation act of 2012

Alters the requirements which must be met by shared work compensation plans in order to be approved by the Employment Security Department, and alters the requirements for an individual to receive shared work benefits.
