2013 Senate Bill 5342: Concerning a sales and use tax exemption for restaurants in respect to certain items that impart flavor to food during the cooking process

Creates a sales and use tax exemption for products used in restaurants that are used to impart flavor to food during the cooking process, such as such as wood chips, charcoal, charcoal briquettes, and grape vines, and cedar planks.
