2013 Senate Bill 5125: Addressing workers' compensation reform through clarification of occupational disease claims

Creates a list of criteria that must be met before a worker is eligible to receive workers compensation for occupational disease claims, and provides that workers must file claims for occupational disease or infection within one year of being affected or treated in order to receive any benefits.   Official Text and Analysis.
