2013 House Bill 1931: Concerning crimes against pharmacies
Introduced by Rep. Steve O'Ban (Pierce County) (R) on February 18, 2013
Provides that, in criminal cases where the defendant has been convicted of first of second degree robbery, and the robbery has targeted a pharmacy, a special verdict shall be found which adds an additional twelve months to the standard sentence range.
