Modifies current law to require the Department of Labor and Industries to include information regarding employees’ rights related to union membership and dues in any workplace poster required to be posted. This act also requires the Public Employees Relations Commission to develop language to educate and advise employees regarding their rights related to union membership and dues.   Official Text and Analysis.
