2013 House Bill 1277: Concerning tribes holding conservation easements

Modifies current law to allow tribes to obtain conservation easements to purchase, maintain, protect, preserve, sell, etc., open space land, agricultural land or timber land. The easements include the acquisition of mineral rights, when applicable.   Official Text and Analysis.
