2013 House Bill 1164: Prohibiting the use of international law to infringe on property rights

Modifies current law to prohibit the state of Washington and all political subdivisions from adopting or implementing policy recommendations, stemming from international law and agreements, that deliberately or inadvertently infringe or restrict private property rights without due process in accordance with the state or federal constitutions.   Official Text and Analysis.
