2013 House Bill 1148: Addressing dissenters' rights under the Washington business corporation act

Modifies current law regarding parent and subsidiary companies involved in a single merger by requiring delivery to all shareholders of the subsidiary, who are not also shareholders of the parent, notice of dissenters’ rights within 10 days of initiating the merger process.   Official Text and Analysis.
