2013 House Bill 1063: Creating a senior center liquor license
Introduced by Rep. Joe Fitzgibbon (West Seattle) (D) on January 14, 2013
Creates a senior center license to be issued to a nonprofit organization whose primary service is providing recreational and social activities for seniors on the licensed premises. This license shall permit the licensee to sell spirits by the individual glass, including mixed drinks and cocktails mixed on the premises only, beer and wine, at retail for consumption on the premises.
