2013 House Bill 1054: Allocating one-half of one percent of original public school construction for equipment and technology purposes

Provides that the board of directors of a school district may, by properly executed resolution, request that the superintendent of public instruction allocate the state construction funds for the acquisition of instruction-related equipment and technology systems in the school plant facility.
