2012 Senate Bill 6071: Concerning the vacation of records

Changes the requirements for clearing a record of conviction by eliminating the condition that if an offender has been convicted of a new crime in this state, another state, or federal court since the date of conviction, his/her record may not be vacated.   Official Text and Analysis.
