2012 House Bill 2479: Expanding waivers from the one hundred eighty-day school year requirement

Expands the number of waivers from the one hundred eighty-day school year requirement five school districts to twenty-five districts. Twenty of the waivers must be granted to school districts with a student population of between 501 and 2,200. (Companion bill: SB 6050).   Official Text and Analysis.
