2011 Senate Bill 5746: Regarding prevailing wage affidavits

To authorize the contractor or subcontractor, with whom a subcontractor had a contractual relationship for a public works project, to file a statement of intent to pay prevailing wages or an affidavit of wages paid form if the subcontractor performing work on the project fails to submit the forms.
