2011 Senate Bill 5644: Concerning standards for the use of science to support public policy

To require state agencies to use only peer-reviewed science to support public policy. This act sets out specific qualifications for peer-reviewed materials. This act also provides specific exemptions for critical agency actions that need to be taken prior to the completion of the peer review process. (Companion: HB 1307).   Official Text and Analysis.
