2011 Senate Bill 5642: Concerning applied behavior analyst services

To allow the Department of Social and Health Services to provide, or contract with others to provide, behavior analyst services. Those services may be provided by a state or nationally certified behavior analyst, a licensed mental health counselor, or a licensed psychologist. (Companion: HB 1629).   Official Text and Analysis.
