2011 Senate Bill 5559: Modifying use of moneys collected from certain county sales and use taxes

To provide that sales and use taxes collected for chemical dependency or mental health treatment service must be used solely for new or expanded programs, except that a portion of the money collected may be used to supplant existing funding on a declining percentage scale in calendar years 2011 through 2015.   Official Text and Analysis.
