Repeals a portion of current law that requires mediators to have both parties sign an agreement that neither will call the mediator as a witness in a foreclosure proceeding. This act also grants immunity from civil actions to mediators, unless there is a showing of willful or wanton misconduct. This act takes effect immediately.
