Modifies law enforcement officers’ and firefighters’ retirement plan 2 contribution rates for the 2011-13 biennium to a 7.4% employee contribution, a 4.44% employer contribution, and a 2.96% state contribution. This act takes effect July 1, 2011.   Official Text and Analysis.
