2011 House Bill 1854: Concerning the annexation of territory by regional fire protection service authorities

Authorizes annexation of fire protection jurisdictions by regional fire protection service authorities. This act also provides that all duties and responsibilities of annexed fire protection jurisdictions are immediately transferred to the service authority upon annexation.   Official Text and Analysis.
