2011 House Bill 1814: Preserving the school district levy base

To declare the legislature’s intent to preserve the districts' levy base by including in the levy base an amount equivalent to the district's education jobs fund allocation, which was cut in 2010. The bill expires January 1, 2018. (Companion: SB 5651). Official Text and Analysis.
