2011 House Bill 1536: Authorizing imposition of a congestion reduction charge to fund transit agencies

To allow counties bordering Puget Sounf with more than five-hundred thousand inhabitants to impose a congestion reduction charge of up to thirty dollars per vehicle. This is intended to provide public transit agencies with a temporary tool to address their revenue shortfalls and continue reducing traffic congestion.
