2011 House Bill 1346: Making technical changes and modifying reporting requirements for the Department of Revenue

Makes technical corrections to current law regarding taxes, including changes in references to other sections of the Revised Code of Washington and adding language that clarifies the intent and purpose of various sections. This act also suspends the requirement that the Department of Revenue provide to the Legislature the amount of reduction in tax revenues resulting from exemptions in the current and following biennium, beginning in 2014.   Official Text and Analysis.
