Requires the state and federal government coordinate with counties, cities, towns, and specially created districts when enforcing, implementing or expanding laws within those local jurisdictions that are more restrictive than existing ordinances. This act also requires the state and federal government to act in good faith and provides remedies for affected jurisdictions with consent of the appropriate local government’s executive body.   Official Text and Analysis.
