David Taylor (R) on January 12, 2011, requires that the legislature accept or reject in its entirety the Department of Fish and Wildlife’s final environmental impact statement and the gray wolf conservation and management. If rejected, the Department must reconvene the wolf working group and submit a new plan by the following legislative session.
