2011 House Bill 1083: Limiting post-retirement state employment for employees who receive state pensions

To delete provisions that allow retired state and educational employees to be re-hired and receive full pension benefits if the employing agency demonstrates a justifiable need. The bill limits retired personnel to a maximum of eight hundred sixty four hours of employment per calendar year without a reduction in their pension benefit.   Official Text and Analysis.
