2011 House Bill 1055: Streamlining contractor appeals

To streamline provisions relating to unregistered contractors' defaults in payment and notices of infractions. The bill provides that nitification of an infraction also constitutes a notice of assessment, which becomes final after twenty days instead of thirty. It also combines a notice of garnishment with an order to withhold and deliver wages. (Companion: SB 5066).   Official Text and Analysis.
