2010 House Bill 2948: Evaluating regional water and sewer systems
Introduced by Rep. Deborah Eddy, (D-Kirkland) (D) on January 19, 2010
Requires the governor to convene a study group to determine statutory changes that would promote the establishment of regional water and sewer systems. The group is to determine which sewer systems could potentially work as a regional system, and study how other states have implemented the system to figure out how it can be most effectively used here.   Official Text and Analysis.
