Assumes additional spending reductions of $605 million ($650 million when combined with the savings in House Bill 2921). Reductions are made in virtually every area and agency of state government. There are also a number of actions that are anticipated to impact all agencies such as information technology and printing reforms, as well as temporary lay-offs and reductions to management costs.
