2009 Senate Bill 5800: Regarding shorelines of statewide significance

To add a provision creating a special height district on the Olympia Isthmus in the area adjacent to the historic Budd Inlet. The geographic area is the same as the area to be designated a shoreline of state-wide significance. Severability and emergency clauses are also added. The emergency clause makes this bill effective immediately upon passage.
