2009 Senate Bill 5374: Regarding the board of directors of an air pollution control authority

Revises membership provisions for the board of directors of an air pollution control authority to provide thatif an appointee is unable to complete his or her term as a board member, the vacancy for that office must be filled by the same method as the original appointment.
