• Introduced by Sen. Ken Jacobsen, (D-Seattle) (D) on January 21, 2009, directs the department of health and the superintendent of public instruction to jointly initiate a school based influenza vaccination pilot program. Directs a working group to be formed and a report to the governor and legislature their recommendations for implementation. (See also Companion HB 1282).
