2009 Senate Bill 5163: Removing the requirement to purchase art for public buildings from 2009-2011

Temporarily removes the requirement that one-half of one percent of appropriations for construction of public buildings be expended by the arts commission for the acquisition of works of art. During the 2009-2011 biennium, one hundred percent of moneys for construction of any public building may be used for the original construction.   Official Text and Analysis.
