• Introduced by Sen. Curtis King, (R-Yakima) (R) on January 15, 2009, to change the date of refund for motor vehicle fuel excise tax and special fuel tax. The previous date was thirteen months from the time of purchase, but this act changes the time to five years from the time of purchase.
