• Introduced by Sen. Dale Brandland, (R-Bellingham) (R) on January 15, 2009, to remove requirements that a peace officer certification must include a standardized psychological exam. This bills allows for the a evaluation approved by the commission that is not standardized. (See also Companion HB 1324).
