• Introduced by Sen. Paull Shin, (D-Edmonds) (D) on January 15, 2009, to require health care and insurance providers to provide language access services to persons with limited English. This bill also directs the insurance commissioner to study the obstacles that are present for persons with limited English in purchasing health insurance.
