• Introduced by Rep. Ed Orcutt, (R-Kalama) (R) on January 21, 2009, to change the deadline to file an appeal of property assessed valuation. This bill changes the date from July 1 of each year to November 1 of each year. This change would be effective for valuations begging in 2010.
