2007 Senate Bill 6036: Addressing construction liens.

To remove section 1 of the bill that listed requirements that had to be in the contract between the owner and the contractor. Requires all contractors to provide to the owner lien releases signed by the suppliers and subcontractors within seven days of payment to the subcontractors or suppliers. Both the notice of the right to claim a lien and the lien releases must be personally delivered to the owner by the contractor or must be mailed to the owner. If the notices are mailed they must be sent to the address provided by the owner.
