2007 Senate Bill 6014: Authorizing industrial development on reclaimed surface coal mine sites.

To permit urban growth areas if industrial developments are designated from reclaimed surface coal mine sites. The bill authorizes county planners, in consultation with cities, a process for designating a master planned location for major industrial activities outside urban growth areas on lands formerly used or designated for surface coal mining and supporting uses.   Official Text and Analysis.
